For critical applications in aerospace, medicine, and energy, full traceability and rigorous quality control are not just best practices—they are mandatory requirements. Our quality assurance system is integrated into every step of the production process. It begins with raw material certification. Every lot of incoming pure metal is assigned a unique heat number and is analyzed using techniques like GDMS to verify its purity against strict specifications. This identity is maintained throughout the entire manufacturing chain.

During melting and processing—whether Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM), Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR), or Electron Beam Melting—detailed process parameters are meticulously logged and linked to the heat number. Samples are taken from each melt for chemical and microstructural analysis. Non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, such as ultrasonic testing, are used to inspect ingots and finished products for internal defects. Finally, every finished item, whether a bar, sheet, or component, is stamped with a unique identifier. This allows us and our customers to trace the product's entire history: its chemical composition, melting history, processing steps, and all quality test results. This comprehensive "cradle-to-grave" traceability provides the ultimate guarantee of performance and safety.
